On December 14 2024, the 2024 6th International Conference on Hydraulic, Civil and Construction Engineering (HCCE 2024) held a successful meeting in Guangzhou. The conference was hosted by South China University of Technology (SCUT), organized by the School of Civil Engineering and Transportation of SCUT, and co-organized by North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, Shenzhen University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China University of Geosciences, Wuhan, Chengdu University of Technology, Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute, Guangzhou Institution of Engineers and and AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center. The conference attracted a number of well-known experts and scholars to discuss the latest research results and future development trends in the field.
On the morning of Dec. 14, the opening ceremony was presided over by Prof. Danqing Song of South China University of Technology.
